The seller

Orders

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Prices

All prices are in Euros (€) and include any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time of your order is the price you will pay.

Payment

We accept payment by card via Stripe and via PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are encrypted and secure; we do not store any card details.

Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery times and costs depend on your location and chosen carrier, as shown at checkout. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided where available. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the carrier.

Intellectual property

All artwork, images and content on this website are the exclusive property of Alba Cabrera San Millán. Purchase of a physical artwork does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any images without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of A Coruña, Spain.
