Returns & Refunds
Prints
Under EU consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at albacsm.art@gmail.com within that period. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Original artworks
Original artworks are non-refundable once shipped, as they are one-of-a-kind items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Commissions
Custom commissions are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal as they are personalised items made to your specification. The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. If you wish to cancel before work starts, the deposit will be returned in full.
Damaged or lost items
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at albacsm.art@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
